Peg's Kitchen - Hot Summer Shandy Salsa

- 2 oz. Leinenkugel’s
Summer Shandy
- 6 cups of
tomatoes (diced)
- ¼ cup
of red onion
(diced)
- ¼ cup
of white onion
(diced)
- 1 large yellow
bell pepper (diced)
- 1 large orange
bell pepper (diced)
- 1 large red
bell pepper (diced)
- 5 cloves of
garlic
- 1 pablano
(chopped)
- 3 serrano
(chopped)
- 1 15 oz. can
of black beans
- 1 11oz. can
of corn
- 2 limes (squeezed)
- 1 tablespoons
of salt
- 2 teaspoons
of pepper
- Parsley (chopped)
- Chives (chopped)
- Cilantro (chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon
of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
of brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon
of coriander
- 1 tablespoon
of chili powder
Mix all ingredients. Garnish. Chill.
Serve with your favorite Leinenkugel’s.
